• Our founders, Tiff and Doug, got married in Costa Rica on the beaches of Playa Langosta (near Tamarindo), and spent their honeymoon exploring the rainforests and volcanoes inland before ending back at the beach. They ended up getting married in Costa Rica by accident, as they originally planned to get married in the Virgin Islands but hurricanes caused immense damage a few months before the wedding. Costa Rica came up as a possibility, and they think it was fate because they couldn't have imagined a better wedding location. The people, the lifestyle, the adventure, the beauty ... they almost didn't come home!
