What does the "LB" in LB Threads stand for?
The LB stands for Little Buddy, which is one of the nicknames for our 2-year-old, along with Monkey and Wreck-it-Ralph, if that gives you a sense of his personality.
What size hat should I order?

Sizing:
XS (Infant) | 0-8 months | 40-45 cm |
S (Toddler) | 8-2 years | 45-50 cm |
M (Youth) | 2-7 years | 50-55 cm |
L (Adult) | 7+ years | 55.5-60.5 cm |
If your LB is in between sizes or measuring on the high end of a size, we recommend sizing up. With the LB Threads Signature Padded Sweatband, the padding makes our hats fit snug. For more, check out our blog post on hat sizing.

*NOTE: The visor beanies run much smaller than the pom beanies. The M/L visor beanie will NOT fit adults with larger heads. Please refer to the size chart for measurements.

When will my package arrive?
All non-custom orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, which does NOT include shipping time. Pre-sale, custom or other special orders will be clearly specified with an estimated shipping date or turnaround time.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, otherwise all items are shipped standard USPS from North Carolina. Shipping within the United States will take 4 to 8 days depending on location.
Once your order ships, a shipping notification with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
How much is shipping?
Domestic and International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping in the contiguous U.S. is FREE on orders $50+.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping will take a minimum of two weeks depending on your location. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
LB Threads is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur from the delivery of a package. Additionally, delivery may need to be worked out with your respective local post office. You may get a notification that your package has been "delivered" even if it isn't in your possession yet, which typically signifies the handoff from USPS to your local post office. Please wait an additional two days before reaching out about a potential lost package.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
Send an email to returns@lbthreads.com and let us know as soon as you realize the mistake. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to help correct your order. If your order has already shipped, we’ll need to do an exchange and you’ll be responsible for all related shipping charges.
Can I exchange my order?
For an exchange, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging. All items must be unworn and unwashed.
Note: Custom hat orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend tracking your package. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail on their way back to our facility.
Please include your name, order number, and email so we can easily look up your order. Once we receive and process your return package we will send you an email with store credit worth what you paid for the item to repurchase or purchase something else. Store credit does not expire.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be a part of the LB Threads fam for life. For that reason, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make it right ASAP. Please email returns@lbthreads.com with a photo and description of the issue, along with your name, email address associated with the order and your order number, and we’ll provide further instructions.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging. Returned items must be sent in the exact same manner as they were received and cannot be bent or distorted into different sized packages as it will deem them unsellable and returns will be refused.
All items must be unworn and unwashed. If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We suggest that you ship with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

What if my order is lost/damaged by USPS (or another shipping company)?
LB Threads is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service or any other shipping company. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
How do you handle returned/unclaimed mail?
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, LB Threads will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to LB Threads, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
